I consulted with the faculty listed below regarding technology needs for teaching and research. These grants were applications for Frances Fergusson Technology funds, which exist to support developmental needs for technology in teaching and research. I have included the titles of the grants only. Nearly all of these grants were approved.

I edited a video for the Library: New Student Orientation Video
I collaborated with Maria Hoehn (Director of Faculty Research) in planning for their creation of an international archive for an NEH Grant re-write for a Civil Rights Project, including constructing an .xml template.

Professional Development:
IT Manager's Workshop Series (Full Details)
I participated in three days of professional development training (spaced out over several months) orgnized by NERCOMP. The focus was on skills and
strategies needed by early-stage leaders in order to succeed. The program focused on the practical knowledge and skills needed to succeed in management and leadership in higher education. The topics covered were interpersonal communication skills; budget and finance; managing time and priorities; project management; managing up; and performance management. It was a very strategic use of my time and an excellent networking opportunity.
